30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEEWe stand behind the quality of our PLR products and want you to experience their value risk-free. If you're not satisfied with your QuantumPLR membership for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided you meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDTo be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
1. Your refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. You have downloaded fewer than 5 products from our library (only counting
Premium Products).
Premium products are all products that are not available for download for members with an active "Free" membership, i.e. members must have an active paid membership (either "Gold" or "Diamond") to download these products.
We track all downloads through our software, recording the exact date, time, and product details for each download.
If you are unable to download products because of technical issues, and it takes us more than 14 days to either fix these issues or to provide you with an alternative download method, you automatically become eligible for refund. This only applies in case you have requested the refund within the 30 days of the original purchase date (see point #1).
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUNDIf you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

[email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Provide your account email address, QuantumPLR username and the reason for your refund request.
3. Our team will review your account activity to confirm your eligibility. All refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
4. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
INELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDPlease note that you will not be eligible for a refund if:
1. More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date.
2. You have downloaded 5 or more premium products from our library.
3. You have violated any terms of our Terms of Service.
